Francis prepares all items for shipping himself, and make a serious effort to ensure the safety of the item en route to the buyer. All items are shipped flat, and insured for their worth upon shipment.

Unfortunately, when shipping artwork, incidents happen and the item is received by the buyer bent, torn, or punctured. Everything is done to prevent this, but in the circumstance that the item is received this way please contact Francis and an arrangement will be made to appropriately remedy the situation.

Real talk: Basically, I hate when packages get destroyed in the mail. I try and prevent it, but it's the risk of sending your pride and joy through the mail. I've had it happen to me as the shipper, and as the recipient. I understand that as much as anyone, so I promise to work with you if that does happen.
